Boiled
seafood (in season - crawfish, shrimp or crabs) with spicy corn on the
cob,
whole onions
and garlic served steaming hot in a large pirogue. Our Cajun cooks will
show guests
how to peel them and/or "pinch the tail".
COMPLETE
PIG ROAST (COCHON DE LAIT)
Our Cajun cooks
slowly roast a whole pig for twelve hours. Guest get to watch the final
stages of roasting and are served while it's still steaming hot.
