Dance in our festival pavilion with the sounds of traditional accordion, fiddler and washboard players while you enjoy home cooked Jambalaya and honey grilled Creole chicken in our special sauce. Fresh off the grill sausages and crisp, sliced Creole tomatoes will make a great Po-Boy on hot French bread. Seafood Gumbo and southern style potato salad are always welcome at a true Fais do do. The event will continue with homemade ice cream and bar service. Open bar with keg beer, wine and soft drinks during the entire event.
